Nigeria won Central African Republic 2-0 during their World Cup qualifiers game today. Leon Balogun and Victor Osimhen scored the two goals which gave Super Eagles a lead and also keep them at the top spot of Group C table.
Super Eagles Captain Ahmed Musa also made his 100 caps today, he remains the most capped player in Gernot Rohr's current squad and might even be included in the World cup squad if Nigeria qualifies.
However, this left winger is only 28 years of age and had made a lot of appearances for Super Eagles. 100 appearances for National team is a bit too much especially when there are other young wingers who can still play in that position.
Chidera Ejuke is one of the best wingers who can play in that position. He played only 30 minutes against Central African Republic but made a lot of dribbles.
Chidera Ejuke is already catching the eyes of Nigerians and many fans will like him to get a first team place.
The picture below shows some of the reaction of the fans. They seem to dislike the fact that a player who has made 100 Caps is still playing for the team when there are other vibrant players.
Players like Iheanacho, Ejuke, Iwobi, Onyeka and Osimhen have what it takes to push the Super Eagles team to another level in the absence of Ahmed Musa.
